IT has emerged as a distinct technology through focused and computerization, telecommunication and multimedia techniques. Over the past few years, the progress of IT was so rapid that it led to an increased demand for IT professionals in private and service sector. The BCEM programme is specially designed to fill this need for professionals for the required expertise to manage IT-related companies of tomorrow.
Requirement
- Pass Matriculation programme or recognized Foundation programme with a CGPA of 2.00 and credit in Mathematics at the SPM level; or
- Pass SPM or equivalent with credit in Mathematics and pass STPM with two (2) full passes or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.0; or
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.5;

Candidates with CGPA below 2.5 but above 2.0 may be accepted depending on the strict internal verification process; or
- Pass Diploma with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 and credit in Mathematics at SPM level; or
- Other equivalent requirements as recognized by the Malaysian government.
