Current Position Available:

a. Accounting/Finance Lecturer

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Preferably with Minimum two (2) years teaching experience or equivalent industry-related experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Passionate in teaching and willing to go the extra mile to provide quality education to students.
  • Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of IT technologies in facilitating the teaching and learning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

   Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials and workshops.
  • Setting and grading of assignments, tests, and examinations.
  • Provide regular guidance to students to assist them on the progress of their academic achievement.
  • Review and moderate assessment, examination questions and mark answer scripts.
  • Participate in training opportunities and initiatives and be involved in professional activities in the institution/community.
  • Administrative/academic functions relation to the disciplines or related disciplines the academic teaches. e.g. attendance, invigilation, subject examinations, course evaluation and quality issues.

b. Operation Management /Management/ Marketing Lecturer

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor/Master Degree in Management/ Marketing/Operation Management.
  • Preferably with Minimum two (2) years teaching experience or equivalent industry-related experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Passionate in teaching and willing to go the extra mile to provide quality education to students.
  • Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of IT technologies in facilitating the teaching and learning.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar post and knowledge in AutoCount Accounting Software is an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Words and MS Excel).
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Responsibilities:

  • To perform daily transaction and accounts data entry into Accounting System.
  • Assist, prepare and ensure proper maintenance of accurate, complete and and up-to-date basic accounting reports or records of company.
  • Establish and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation.
  • Ensure the accounts are followed up thoroughly and timely.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

d. Credit Control Assistant

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position and knowledge in Autocount Accounting Software & CTOS System is an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Words and MS Excel).
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Responsibilities:

  • To perform daily transaction and accounts data entry into Accounting System.
  • Monitor and implement of debt collection.
  • Communicate and crosscheck with other unit i.e. Scholarship & Study Loan Unit to ensure accurate payment from third parties.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

e. Admin Assistant

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Preferably with minimum two (2) years of administrative assistant experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply but preferable with two (2) years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for academic staff.
  • Maintain office supplies for department.
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels.

f. Counselor

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in counseling or any related field.
  • Registered with 'Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia'.
  • Desire and ability to work with students at the specified age level with diverse backgrounds and levels of ability toward accomplishing their educational goals.
  • Ability to organise tasks and manage time to meet many and varied deadlines and communicate effectively with students, parents, school administrators and other staff, including the ability to discuss topics which may be sensitive.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Motivational leader who displays sound judge rent and attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to advise and assist students with academic and personal development.
  • Develop and implement counselling strategies with contemporary methods of mentoring.
  • Identify behavioural problems and act appropriately to remedy the situation.
  • Pay attention to societal and cultural differences in all student matters.
  • Complete evaluations, analyse results and provide purposeful feedback.
  • Cooperate with parents, academic staff and external partners.
  • Assist students / parents in understanding school policies and procedures.
  • Provide brief counselling to address social and emotional concerns and appropriately refers students to behavioural health specialists.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with behavioural health specialists in developing and implementing student supports.
  • Support and attend appropriate activities and events.
  • Deliver and conduct motivation talks and activities .
